Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tap a Deal mobile application ("App") provided by Tap a Deal. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

  1. Account Registration:
    • 1.1. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account.
    • 1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
    • 1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  2. Use of the App:
    1. 2.1. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
    2. 2.2. You may not use the App in any manner that could disable, damage, or impair the functionality of the App.
    3. 2.3. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or to any other systems or networks connected to the App.
  3. Intellectual Property:
    1. 3.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tap a Deal and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
    2. 3.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App.
  4. Privacy:
    1. 4.1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
  5. Third-Party Services:
    1. 5.1. The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tap a Deal.
    2. 5.2. Tap a Deal has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Tap a Deal shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
  6. Termination:
    1. 6.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
    2. 6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
  7. Disclaimer:
    1. 7.1. Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tap a Deal makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
    2. 7.2. Tap a Deal does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its App or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this App.
  8. Limitation of Liability:
    1. 8.1. To the extent permitted by law, Tap a Deal, its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
  9. Governing Law:
    1. 9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  10. Changes to Terms:
    1. 10.1. Tap a Deal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
